  • Molly O'Steen (She/Her) Program Director & Founder | Acting, Sketch Comedy

    Molly O'Steen works with students of all ages to develop their skills and techniques as performers in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Molly uses her B.F.A. in Theatre Education and MSed in Special Education to create personalized theater learning plans for individual students. She studied under Robert Colby, Shakespeare & Co. practitioners, and other renowned theater educators to craft her academically aligned, developmentally appropriate approach. Over the past decade, Molly has worked at independent, public, and special education schools across NYC to provide complex, scaffolded arts instruction. Molly believes students of all learning styles and backgrounds deserve high-quality access to theater education. She currently works as a history teacher at the Stephen Gaynor School.

  • Katie Hutch (She/Her) Director of Operations & Co-Founder | Singing, Improv

    Hutch is an award-winning performer, writer and director having worked Off-Broadway to on screen. She is thrilled to combine her decade plus experience in Operations from theater to tech and everything in between with her 20 years of coaching to support the Fair Playhouse community. Hutch’s favorite areas to coach include voice, improv, character and audition prep. Students have described working with her as, “she takes the best parts of everything from the playground to philosophy 101… cultivates everything from new friendships to professional collaborators.” Reach out to her at katiehutch@me.com for info about private lessons.

  • Nicole Borbone (She/Her) Movement, Monologue

    Nicole is a NYC based actor, choreographer and theatre teacher. She earned her BA in Theatre Performance at Fordham University and is a recent graduate of NYU’s Educational Theatre MA program. Nicole has trained in physical theatre worldwide from New York to Italy to Spain bringing influences of La Coq, commedia dell’arte and contemporary dance to her teachings and work.

  • Franco Pedicini (He/Him) Acting, Playwriting

    Franco Pedicini is an actor, director, and producer with Wise Fish Theatre Collective. Franco holds a B.A. in English Literature and Theatre from Stony Brook University, and a M.A. in Theatre from Hunter College. He is a member of Actors’ Equity and the Educational Theatre Association. Franco also serves as Theatre Director at the Rippowam Cisqua School in Bedford, NY.

  • Gigi Rita LeClair (She/Her) Marketing Associate

    Gigi Rita LeClair first found her love for the arts through performing. Since then she has expanded her interests to all parts of production. LeClair strives to create collaborative and unique performing experiences that harmonize talent from all over. Even though LeClair has shifted more towards production, she is still recognized for her performances. Most recently being nominated as “Best Overall Performance in a female-identifying role in a musical” from the Metro Awards in 2023. She is now working for smaller companies and shows in Manhattan being everything from a marketing manager to percussionist.

    Emily Cohen is thrilled to be a part of the Fair Playhouse team! She is excited to be a part of the new company’s journey and growth. Emily is an actor, singer, and educator based in New York City. She has always had a passion for working with children and providing safety for them while they pursue their creative outlets. Emily loves this community and can’t wait to see it flourish!
